Overview:
Overall in regards to SEO we hit bottom around February and have started the climb back up. Are research I’m almost positive I know what happened. Consider there is 30 top spots for each key phrase. There are maybe a dozen phrases that make money. So each practice is trying to get those spots. Inside that number of 30 there are now 2 other domains that have copied your domain name. There is a:

So it dilutes your domain name keyword score. There isn’t another domain I can find that has two exact copies it’s competing with. That being said black site has great SEO naturally. Click on both those links and you’ll see the problem. Both those domains have built doorway pages designed just for SEO not web sites. So we dropped like a rock. It’s almost like identity theft.

The good news would be the main SEO we care about is for Google and Yahoo. Google I mention above but Yahoo is in really good shape. I’ve copied it below.

Plan of Action:
We need to do to them exactly what they are doing for us. I’m going to build a doorway page to compete with them. We might need to move some pages around. I also suggest we register a new domain and connect it to the copy of the doorway page. Let me know what you think. We also need to rerun all keywords. Let’s get together a new list and I’ll run them.
