| How does your process of building a project work? |
Like all complicated things the trick is to isolate the project in to small sections, each a logical step. We carefully gather information and generate a itemized quote for you to review. Our terms are 50% down and 50% when complete.
Once a proposal is approved we create a “Scope of Work” showing . We believe in planning every possible detail, minus subjective pieces such as the appearance, unless you already have a preference. The appearance is better being improved directly from a live copy of the page. A sheet of paper doesn’t translate well to a computer screen.
Each Scope will include every field, screen element, estimated time frames, etc. We try to use data ranges in some cases when we’re not sure. It’s important to be as conservative as possible with time frame estimates.
We to to make sure you have something to show at all phases of the project. This helps you to avoid the classic data project dilemma of “a ton of money invested and nothing to show for it”. You always have something to show with our way of doing things. We try to always consider the position our work leaves you in with whatever other decision maker is reviewing the project.
| How long does the process take?|
it’s a takes a days once basic questions have been answered to generate the final specs and quote. We often can start on a project as soon as it's approved. Smaller web sites typically take a couple of weeks to build and custom web site applications a couple of months.

Each proposal is fixed bid so if we exceed the quote, we cover the cost. This guarantees we come in on budget. We do not charge for meeting time, project discovery/planning etc. We often provide a higher and lower cost option for each sitaution. Our phlisophy is it to build each project in phases and not try to upsell something you don't need at that time.
