Whether
printing in full-color, one color, or something
in between, NetCDRom has the printing solutions
for you.
4-Color
Process
In
process printing, the primary ink colors are cyan,
magenta, yellow and black. These four colors can
be printed in varied amounts to create a wide
range of colors. While not every color can be
recreated with four-color process, it is suitable
for most printing, including full-color photos
and images.
Spot
Color
When
specific colors are needed, often spot colors
are most appropriate. Tens of thousands of colors
are available, including fluorescent, pastel,
and metallic inks. Often, spot colors and four-color
process are used on the same printed piece to
widen the range of colors or to provide unique
effects.
Duotone
A
two-color halftone is created from a one-color
photograph. This results in a beautiful color
spectrum and increased image depth.
Tritone
Similar
to duotone, a tritone is a three-color halftone
created from a one-color image.
