Sheet Fed Most printing, including business cards, letterheads, envelopes, brochures and packaging is printed on sheet fed presses. Up to five colors can be printed in a single pass. This allows four-color process printing plus a clear varnish coat, all without having to feed the paper through for a second pass. Paper stock ranging from 20 pound text to 120 pound card stock can be used, and any type of cutting, scoring and folding can be performed on the printed piece. This flexibility provides us with many creative options when designing your printed piece. Web Press When printing catalogs, magazines, books, and calendars, the best option is usually to print on a web press. Best suited for large print runs, the typical minimum run for web printing is 50 thousand to 75 thousand pieces, depending on the number of pages.
