What is your return policy?

Under our NEW 60-Day Supreme Comfort Guarantee, you can return any item for a refund or exchange within 60 days of your original purchase date.  Call us at (760) 585-9555 (select option 2) to get FREE return shipping in the continental U.S.

If you want to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, you will need to place a new order. We will refund the purchase price of your original item.

Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging, so please hold on to those. Ideally, your returned items will be free from any visible signs of wear, and include original packaging but, of course, we understand that some wear may have occurred during the 60-day trial.

Items returned must not have been mutilated or modified in any way.

Your goods will be inspected by our trained staff upon delivery to us.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed properly and do your best to ensure against damage along the way.

We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original box (but that always makes it easier for us!). In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in a surprising or unsuitable condition, we may contact you before we're able to process your return.

Have you just completed your order, but changed your mind? No problem – you can send us an email or call us within 30 minutes after "clicking" the buy button, and we may be able to refund your order before it ships.

I have received a defective item

We hope you will always receive products that meet your expectations. But in the unlikely event that you receive products that fall below your expectations, we will make great strides to make it right quickly!

How do I return something to you?

We want to offer you a hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 30-days of your original purchase date, including sale items.

Email or call us, and tell us the reason for your desired return; and we will email you a return UPS shipping label. It's that easy! From there, you can take your package to any UPS location and they will deliver to us.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your package arrives at our facility, and apply your refund to your original payment method. This credit is usually done within 1 working day.

Any refund will automatically be issued back to the card you used to place the original order. This credit typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer.

Will you refund my shipping charges?

We refund the amount you paid for your order, but not the delivery charge, unless your order was processed in error or incorrectly. In the event of error on our end, we will happily work with you!
